
Eucharia Okwudili Ugwu
Okwudili is a teacher, researcher, and creative writer. She worked with children with disability for many years before getting a PhD in Language Education. Her research focuses on decolonial and sustainable languaging in education through culturally-responsive and culturally-inclusive pedagogies. She is particularly interested in the interplays among young people’s mother tongue, culture, and sustainable literacies. Currently, she works as a school leader in Nigeria, mentors young creative writers and artists, and participates in interdisciplinary research on broad topics.
