
Daniel Koehn
Prof Koehn teaches Tectonics at Friedrich Alexander University (FAU) Erlangen Nuremberg. Daniel is a structural geologist working on all scales from small structures under the microscope all the way to evolution of rifts and mountain belts. He is mainly interested in pattern formation and the use of structures for a range of quantitative analysis as well as their dynamic development and scaling. He is also interested in sustainable resources including minerals, water and geothermal energy as well as models of systems including socio-ecological environments, community development and climate change.
